The year is 1966. In a small town called Rivière-du-Loup (eastern Canada), Jacques Pomerleau, a man of vision whose passion is racing boats, starts his small business of selling and repairing boats. These are the beginnings of Pomerleau. In the area, boating industry is really at its first steps and is more an art than a business. But J. Pomerleau is fueled with passion, conviction and live by the motto: "It’s easier to convince someone when you are already sold to the idea".
